Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. LPNs will provide direct nursing care and work with a collaborative team to ensure high-quality care in a safe environment.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, a pay range of $29-$33.64 per hour based on experience, and full-time & PRN positions with benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in nursing care and patient-focused service.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and responses to care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide wound care and daily living assistance.
• Coordinate with physicians and RNs for comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Ensure care aligns with facility guidelines and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Assist in training and supervising CNAs.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
