Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents’ health, and support individualized care plans within a collaborative team.

New grads are welcome. Walk-in interviews are held Mon–Fri 11 am–4 pm. Benefits include daily pay, health/dental/vision, PTO/holidays, shift differentials, and overtime opportunities in a friendly leadership team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
