Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Blue Hill is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to provide high-quality care in a compassionate setting. Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
