Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN to join our skilled nursing and long-term care units. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts with day or night options and a rotating schedule to meet resident needs.

Responsibilities include medication administration (IVs possible), vital signs, direct resident care, and ongoing family education. Collaboration with physicians and CNAs is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
• Experience in SNF/Long Term Care settings preferred.

Responsibilities
