Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, rotating 12-hour shift schedule (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am). This role focuses on skilled nursing care in our SNF and LTAC units and includes a sign-on bonus discussion.

You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and collaborate with physicians, NPs and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee license as LPN.
