Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating schedules on our skilled nursing and long-term care units. Shifts are 12 hours (7-7), with days or nights available and a sign-on bonus discussed.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, resident care and family education, and coordination with physicians, NPs, and CNAs. We offer a supportive team and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
