Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our skilled and long-term care units. We offer a sign-on bonus, recognition meals, and opportunities for advancement in a fresh, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, family education, and coordinating with physicians and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
