Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our Skilled and Long Term Care units.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide patient care with a focus on outcomes. Collaboration with physicians, NPs, and families is essential, and CNAs will be supervised by the LPN.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to administer medications, including IVs.
• Strong communication with physicians, NPs, families.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
