Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our Skilled and Long Term Care units. Immediate hiring with a sign-on bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, patient care and education, and coordination with physicians, families, and CNAs. Tennessee LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active Tennessee license.
• Experience not required explicitly, but license is mandatory.
