Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Ashland City, TN is hiring an LPN for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7–7).

You will provide medication administration, monitor vital signs, deliver resident care, educate residents and families, communicate with physicians and other clinicians, and supervise CNAs.
