Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated LPN for full-time night shift to provide skilled nursing care to residents recently discharged from hospital or for long-term care.

The role emphasizes medication administration, wound care, and collaborative care planning with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound care: perform wound care, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitor health status: observe and analyze changes.
• Clinical procedures: catheter/ostomy care, specimen collection.
• Care planning: assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers.
• Family and resident education: explain health status and expectations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health status records and progress.
• Team oversight: oversee and delegate CNAs to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing the individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
