Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care in Maryland. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements include 1 year of LPN LTAC experience, Maryland licensure, and the ability to pass background checks and screenings. We offer daily pay options and competitive benefits to complement your role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of LPN experience in Long Term Care required.
• Licensed to work in Maryland as an LPN.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Wound care and prevention; manage pain; apply dressings.
• Monitor health status and analyze data.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health records and care interactions.
• Oversee CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
