Complete Care, Inc. seeks an LPN licensed practical nurse for direct patient care, including med administration, wound care, and care planning in a skilled nursing setting. The role emphasizes teamwork with physicians, therapists, and social workers to deliver high-quality resident care.

You’ll monitor health status, document progress, and educate families and residents on care plans. Weekend shifts carry a differential; both full-time and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to work in Maryland as an LPN.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable meds.
• Wound/skin care: perform wound care, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitoring: observe health status and track changes.
• Clinical procedure: catheter/ostomy care and specimen collection.
• Care planning: assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: plan care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others.
• Family & resident education: explain health status and expected care.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health status records and care progress.
• Team oversight: oversee and delegate CNAs to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
