Job summary

Butler Rehab and Care Center in Missouri is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team, delivering compassionate care to our residents and supporting daily activities. You’ll work closely with RNs to ensure high-quality outcomes and safe, respectful care in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri is required.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care and plan nursing care.
• Comfort with vital signs assessment and collaboration with RNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage to promote well-being.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Take vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
