Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and perform routine medical tasks (wound care, vitals, specimen collection, etc.).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Document resident history, vital signs, and care interventions.
• Foster resident engagement and social interaction.
• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the Director of Nursing to deliver top-tier care.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment for all residents.
