Job summary

New-Mark-Rehab-and-Healthcare-Center in Missouri is seeking passionate LPNs to join a supportive team where residents and staff are at the heart of care. This role offers flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and PRN, with 12-hour shifts designed to support quality patient care.

You will deliver compassionate nursing, support ADLs, document changes, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities of LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, dignified manner.

• Promote resident engagement and socialization to support mental and emotional well-being.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.

• Follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

• Accurately document resident history, vitals, and any clinical changes.

• Communicate effectively with registered nurses (RNs), physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications for LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required)

• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
