Job summary

Crown Rehab & Healthcare center in Missouri is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our clinical team and help maintain high-quality resident care with a flexible schedule and competitive pay. You’ll provide personalized daily living assistance, encourage residents to socialize, and use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

A current Missouri LPN license and COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness) are required.

Qualifications

• Current license as a LPN in Missouri.
• COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to get it).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to the registered nurse/overseeing physician.
