Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare center in Warrensburg, MO is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team and help maintain high-level resident care on 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Current license as an LPN in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
