Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri (Required).
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehab, or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, dignified manner.
• Promote resident engagement and socialization to support mental and emotional well-being.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Accurately document resident history, vitals, and any clinical changes.
• Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
