Seasons Rehab & Healthcare Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical care team. We offer flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, PRN), competitive hourly pay with shift differentials, and opportunities for career growth.

You will provide skilled nursing care under physician orders, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to receive).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans
• Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and perform routine medical tasks (wound care, vitals, specimen collection, etc.)
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Document resident history, vital signs, and care interventions
• Foster resident engagement and social interaction
• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the Director of Nursing to deliver top-tier care
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all residents
