Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Maryland.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and physical evaluation.
• Must have professional and clinical skills with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications.
• Perform wound care and apply dressings.
• Monitor health status and document all care provided.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status – track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens, etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing the individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNAs ensuring quality care/teamwork
