Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare center is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team and maintain high-level resident care. The LPN will provide personalized care, encourage social engagement, and help create a safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current license as a LPN in Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or willingness to get it).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
• Take vitals including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
• Take instruction from and report updates to RN/oversight physician.
