The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing facility team in New York. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, with daily pay options and immediate hiring for qualified candidates.

The role includes medication administration and resident care, with independent clinical responsibility. Required is a current NY LPN license; shifts include day, evening, and night.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NY
• Must hold active LPN license in state of NY
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit
• Medication administration, including IVs
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome
• Provide resident and family education
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals
• Supervising CNAs
