Job summary

The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. This SNF position offers opportunities to care for geriatric residents with a focus on independent assessment and treatment within a supportive facility.

Shifts available: Day, Evening, Night. Competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and sign-on bonus are offered to qualified candidates who hold a NY LPN license and meet the qualifications described.

Qualifications

• Must hold NY LPN license.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently.
• Experience in geriatric SNF care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
