Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7). Hiring immediately with a sign-on bonus, we offer recognition meals, advancement opportunities, and free uniforms.

The LPN will perform medication administration (including IVs), monitor vital signs, provide resident care on the SNF and Long Term Care units, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs. Tennessee LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience administering medications (including IVs).
• Ability to monitor residents and provide care and education.
