Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care per physicians' orders and standards.
• Maintains accurate resident records and documentation.
• Provides for continuity of resident care and comfort.
• Assists with nursing process and unit operations; input on changes.
• Handles emergencies and protects resident privacy and safety.
• Supervises staff and communicates with DON on needs and priorities.
• Assists in shift reporting and monthly staff meetings.
