Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an Adult patient in their own home in Daphne, AL.

Shifts are PRN Days & Nights - 7a-7p or 7p-7a. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering skilled care per orders, and monitoring patient changes. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. Competitive pay and weekly paychecks are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where they will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.
