Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Roseville, OH to provide in-home pediatric care. Multiple shifts are available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN, with day shifts emphasized.

Positions include working in patients' homes with Monday–Friday 8am–4pm availability. Maxim offers comprehensive benefits and weekly paychecks to support your nursing career.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
