Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Dayton, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. The role offers competitive pay and weekly paychecks with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess and plan care, delivering skilled services per orders, and monitoring patient status with accurate documentation. LPN/LVN licensure and BLS are required; TB/X-ray screening may be needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X‑ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
