Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Homecare LPN in Lafayette, Indiana to provide direct patient care in the home setting. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans under a family-centered approach.

Formación

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
