Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to apply the nursing process and deliver compassionate patient care under RN supervision. The position supports adult and pediatric homecare with flexible, part-time, full-time, and PRN shifts across Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend slots.

Applicants must hold a current LPN license, Health Certificate, PPD/Chest X-Ray, and a valid BLS card. Maxim offers benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off, with weekly pay and referral

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Salary: $25 - $32 / per hour

LPN:

Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Maxim offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, referral bonuses, skills train up programs, and a great team to work with. We have full time, part time, and PRN shifts available for adult and pediatric homecare patients.

Various shifts available (Adult & Pediatric patients):

• Day Shift
• Evening Shift
• Night Shift
• Weekends
