Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for pediatric and adult medically fragile patients in their own homes and potentially in school settings depending on the case. Formación

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Conocimientos

LPN/LVN license

BLS certification

Home health care experience

Salary: $25 - $35 / per hour
