Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across Indiana. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care while communicating with the healthcare team.

Offering full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts, Maxim provides weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing clinical support to help you deliver compassionate care in a stable, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
