Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric patients in Vincent, OH and Lowell, OH. Positions are full-time, part-time, and PRN with day and night shifts in home health settings.

Salary is $25–$30 per hour with competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan and more. All shifts offer weekly pay and opportunities across multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Vincent Shifts Available

Saturday 10am-6pm *flexible*

Lowell Shifts Available

Days: Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

Nights: Friday - Sunday 9pm-5am
