Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Crown City, OH to work with pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. Night shifts are available on a full-time, part-time, and PRN basis.

Shifts run Wednesday to Saturday, 9pm–7am. Maxim offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, health/dental/vision and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Maintains current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray documentation.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team.
