Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients in their homes. The position offers competitive pay and weekly paychecks, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, performing care services per orders, monitoring changes in patient condition, and documenting findings

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN or RN license in the state where you will practice.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Assess signs and symptoms and document nursing diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments per prescribed orders.
• Collaborate with health care team to update care plans.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
