Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland, TN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients, including those with G-tube, Trach, and Vent conditions. You will work in patients' homes with flexibility across case acuities.

Shifts include day or night options with 8, 10, and 12-hour lengths, offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package. Sign-on bonuses range from $1,200 to $4,000 depending on shift.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document nursing diagnoses and related data.

Education

Responsibilities
