Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Guysville, OH to work pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS!

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes while documenting findings for the care team.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services on each assignment per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic/psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.
