Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home health care in Vincent, OH and Lowell, OH. Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN with day and night shifts. Compensation is hourly with weekly paychecks and comprehensive benefits.

You will operate in patients’ homes, applying the nursing process and delivering skilled care per orders. Qualified candidates must hold an active LPN license in the practicing state, have current TB/Chest X-ray, and a valid

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

Salary: $25 - $30 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Vincent, OH and Lowell, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes! Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS!

Vincent Shifts Available

Saturday 10am-6pm *flexible*

Lowell Shifts Available

Days: Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

Nights: Friday - Sunday 9pm-5am

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
