Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Lancaster, OH to care for adult and pediatric patients in home settings. Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day and night shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
