Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Proctorville, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available, with day and night shifts including Wednesday/Thursday 8am-5pm and nights 10pm-8am.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Shifts Available

Days: Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm

Nights: Sunday - Saturday 10pm-8am

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
