Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pickerington, OH to care for pediatric patients in home settings. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles are available for DAY SHIFTS, with multiple client assignments and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering prescribed care, monitoring patient status, and documenting findings for ongoing care plans. Eligible candidates hold an OH LPN license, current TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in the state where practice is required.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pickerington, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY SHIFTS!

Shifts Available:

• Client A: Saturday, Sunday | 8am-8pm
• Client B: Friday | 8am-4pm
• Client C: Saturday, Sunday | 8am-4:30pm
• Client D: Monday - Friday | 8:30am-5:30pm | 1on1 School Nurse
