CarePlus Home Health is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse in Indianapolis to provide skilled home health care. You will follow nursing best practices, document accurately, and collaborate with the care team to support patients and families in their homes.

Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana with current license.
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
- Knowledge of home health equipment and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality home health nursing care.
- Follow nursing best practices and agency policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and the care team.
- Educate clients and families; complete documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for occasional clinical needs.
