Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year of experience in a nursing setting preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care per physician orders and standards.
• Transcribe physician orders and document care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs and administer meds as prescribed.
• Supervise CNAs on assigned unit and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain clean, safe patient-care areas and accurate charting.
