Villa At West Branch is searching for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will provide care to residents, ensure compliance with health regulations, and supervise certified nursing assistants.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current license to practice in the State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Walking, reaching, bending, and lifting essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed care to residents as ordered by physicians.
• Ensure cleanliness in assigned work areas and resident care rooms.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Supervise certified nursing assistant services and ensure appropriate care.
• Record residents' vital signs and medical information.
