Villa Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide bedside care for residents in a full-time role. The LPN will follow physician orders, report on shift changes, and ensure a clean, safe care environment within regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include administering medications, charting care, and supporting CNAs while maintaining patient safety and quality outcomes across the unit.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as an LPN.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards.
• Provides and receives nursing reports at shift change.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and patient rooms.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
