Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am).

You will provide resident care in SNF and Long Term Care units, administer medications including IVs, monitor vitals, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs.

• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

• Current Tennessee License-LPN
