Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) on site. The role includes caring for SNF and long-term residents, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and coordinating with physicians and families.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Tennessee, experienced in skilled nursing, and ready to work in a dynamic team environment with opportunities for advancement and benefits including medical and vision

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee License-LPN.
• Licensed practical nurse with TN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled and Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
