Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full‑time rotating 12‑hour shifts (7‑7) in Pegram, TN. The role covers care for residents in Skilled and Long Term Care Units, medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, and collaboration with physicians, NPs, families, and other health professionals.
