Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our skilled nursing and long-term care units in Tennessee. Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking and recording vital signs, delivering resident care and treatments, educating residents and families, and communicating with physicians, NPs, and other health professionals.

Supervising CNAs is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee License-LPN.
